Newborns need to eat every 2-3 hours round the clock. In the blur of the early weeks with your baby, one thing that often gets forgotten is that YOU (and your partner and other children) need to eat too! I really enjoy reading your posts where I can get such useful information. Thanks for all your advice. It’s invaluable!
