Birth Doula Services

Your birth story is waiting to be written. You have a dream of how things will go but you also know there are so many elements to this story that you can't control. You can choose the place and the characters but the plot is yet a mystery. My birth doula services are designed to help you approach your birth with confidence. My hope is that you will be able to have a birth story that is filled with joy and peace.

I am thrilled to offer a unique model for birth doula support: the doula team. Sarah Smith of Bella Labor and I have teamed up to give our clients the benefits of two doulas working together for one purpose: supporting you and your family.

Our birth doula package gives you access to two experienced doulas throughout your pregnancy and continuous labor support from one. It includes the following:
  • A free in-person consultation to decide if we are the doulas for you
  • 24/7 availability via phone, email, or text: your doulas are here for you when you need us
  • 2 in-person prenatal meetings, one with each of your doulas 
  • Access to a wide array of educational and local resources
  • Continuous labor support from one of your doulas and initial postpartum care for 1-2 hours after your baby's birth
  • 1 in-person postpartum visit with the doula who attended your birth to discuss your birth experience and answer your postpartum questions
  • The cost for this package is ​$2000

Virtual Birth Doula Package
This package might be a great fit for you if your birthing location is only allowing one support person for labor, if you are not located in the greater Charlotte area, or if you would like doula support but need a budget-friendly option. It includes:

  • A free video consultation to decide if we are the doulas for you
  • 24/7 availability via phone, email, or text: your doulas are here for you when you need us
  • 2 virtual prenatal meetings, one with each of your doulas 
  • A virtual meeting with your partner to equip him or her with information on how to support you during labor 
  • Virtual birth plan consult
  • Access to a wide array of educational resources
  • Continuous virtual labor support from one of your doulas (via phone, text, or video)
  • 1 virtual postpartum visit with the doula who supported your birth to discuss your birth experience and answer your postpartum questions
  • The cost for this package is ​$900
